Greetings NZTSOS Inc Whanau,
The Maori New Year is a time of transition and so it is that we are going through our own forms of transition. Some of us have got our old jobs back, some are relieving, some are going into new roles and some have left education altogether. One thing is for certain, change is inevitable.
Appeal Update
Congratulations! In less than two weeks, just within our own membership we have raised over $12,000 towards our appeal. This means we are 1/3 of the way toward our first target of $30,000 by the end of July. If you have given, thank you very much. If you have not given, please consider a $25, $50 or $100 donation towards the cause. The battle is far from over and the goal of NZTSOS Inc is to do whatever we can to make sure mandates never return!
Spread the word and also consider setting up an automatic payment into the NZTSOS Inc account 03-0498-0028747-000 from whenever you can start, till the end of September 2022. We know it is a sacrifice, but this is a battle worth fighting.

We are excited to announce that in a few days we will be launching our nationwide fundraising campaign with a Give a Little page so that the rest of New Zealand can get in behind and support this campaign.

New Health and Safety Case
At present, NZTSOS is working on a new court case with the professional groups who were also mandated out of their jobs, or were affected by the Covid 19 Emergency Response Bill. This new court case will centre around the Government not using decent risk assessments and Health and Safety Laws being breached, therefore putting the New Zealand people at risk with their unsafe decisions. We are discussing this case with one of the top Q.C's in New Zealand to decide how to proceed from here.

“Today, 27 June 2022, in the Wellington High Court, legal counsel for eight parents commenced proceedings calling for a judicial review of the New Zealand Government’s decision to give provisional consent and roll out the Pfizer paediatric vaccine to 5-11 year olds.
The parents’ group is the human face of countless New Zealand parents dealing with potentially life-changing decisions in relation to their children. The parents are asserting their right to ask the New Zealand judiciary to scrutinise decisions made by government entities and the Government itself.”
