NZTSOS Newsletter #3  February 7th, 2022

Kia or NZTSOS whanau,

Wow, what a week. For many, this was the week when reality hit as schools returned and the rubber met the road in regard to the impact of the mandate. We’ve heard stories of schools having to remain closed while they sort staffing, some have chosen to drop entire year levels, while others have had to drop various courses offered.  You also might have seen other countries like Denmark dropping all Covid 19 mandates and restrictions and criminal cases being brought against some of our politicians. The tide is turning.

At this week’s Committee meeting we went over a few important details below, some of these will be discussed at our ALL IN Zoom meeting, THIS WEDNESDAY the 9th of February @ 7:30pm.

Here is the link for our Zoom meeting https://us02web.zoom.us/j/4846574733.  Thanks to the people who filled out our Telegram poll about zoom times. It was literally a 50/50 split between 7pm and 8pm. We’ve decided to split the time down the middle and go for 7:30pm.

We remind you that it is for members only so please do not share this invite around, and please familiarise yourself with our zoom etiquette attached.

Details from  our Committee meeting below:

  1.  Update on the court case – The judge has given us the opportunity to update our affidavits with updated information. We are wanting to update information on the impact of the mandate now that schools have returned. Details of how this will be carried out will be discussed in the meeting.

  2. Transport/Accommodation – We will be breaking into regions again to discuss transport and accommodation down to Wellington on the 3rd, 4th and 7th of March. We will also discuss some ideas for a programme that’ll run outside parliament over the 3rd and 4th.

  3. NZTSOS T-Shirts – We’ve been getting in touch with suppliers with our logo and “Revoke the Mandates Now” on them. We are finalising the design and colours, these will be available for $20. We will let you when/how to order once these details are finalised.

  1. Partnerships – We’re also in discussion with Voices For Freedom and The Freedoms & Rights Coalition to partner up to help make the biggest impact we can to raise awareness and to put social pressure on the crown and judge.

We look forward to seeing you all online THIS WEDNESDAY the 9th of February at 7:30pm

Nga mihi,

The NZTSOS team
